About the Founder
Dan Dickinson Sr. is the Founder of Neurodiverse Inclusive Solutions and serves as its Autistic Advisor and Program Developer. As an Autistic professional, he brings firsthand experience navigating the workforce and developing mentoring strategies that connect businesses with neurodivergent employees.
Dan built his career on creating practical solutions for inclusive workplaces. His approach combines professional mentoring, structured training, and program development to drive meaningful change in the workplace.
Dan leads Neurodiverse Inclusive Solutions' work in business consulting, career mentoring, and neurodiversity education, helping professionals, neurodivergent and neurotypical, thrive in an inclusive work environment.
