Taking Care of Yourself

Support for you as the provider, including your own regulation and burnout.

You do not need a credential to be here

This page is for the people who are in it personally. The parent who is trying to understand their dependent. The spouse navigating a relationship after a late diagnosis. The sibling who wants to do better. The DSP who works with people every day and wants to go deeper than their onboarding covered.

You do not need a clinical background. You need accurate information, practical tools, and support from someone who understands this from the inside.

You are talking to someone who is in it too

I am a late-diagnosed Autistic adult with Autistic and ADHD kids. This is not a clinical perspective from the outside. It is practical understanding built from navigating these systems, these environments, and these relationships from the inside.

Mentoring sessions are one-on-one and built around your specific situation. No scripts, no generic advice. Just practical strategies for what you are actually dealing with.

Regulation and environmental setup

Practical guidance on nervous system regulation and environmental setup, applicable across ages from early childhood through adulthood.

For those raising or caring for a dependent

Understanding your dependent's diagnosis, navigating the systems and supports around them, building communication strategies, and supporting regulation without burning yourself out.

For partners and spouses

Processing a late diagnosis, understanding how neurodivergence shapes communication and connection, and building approaches that work for both of you.

For DSPs and caregivers

Going deeper than training covered, working through specific support challenges, and building skills that hold up in real environments.

If your dependent is 16 or older, I recommend they contact me directly and explore the I'm Neurodivergent page.

Learn at your own pace

We offer a variety of online CE-accredited courses built from lived experience in the neurodivergent community. Courses are self-paced, completed fully online, and designed for anyone who wants to build a stronger foundation for supporting someone they care about. Topics cover neurodivergent conditions, Autism, sensory experience, communication, regulation, and practical support strategies.

Your own regulation matters too

Showing up for someone else starts with regulating yourself. This side of mentoring is about your own burnout, your own regulation, and building a rhythm that holds up over time instead of running you into the ground.

Sessions are one-on-one and built around your situation as the provider, not the person you are supporting.

The Parent and Caregiver Regulation Toolkit gives you practical tools for regulating yourself before, during, and after a hard moment.
