The Vision Behind the Work

Neurodiverse Inclusive Solutions was built on a straightforward premise: neurodivergent people do not need to be fixed. Environments need to be built better.

Where this comes from

Dan Dickinson founded Neurodiverse Inclusive Solutions from both lived experience and a professional background spanning more than two decades. His corporate career covered change management, process improvement, quality assurance, and direct executive support. Over that time, one pattern became clear: workplaces were routinely and unintentionally designed in ways that created barriers for neurodivergent people. Those barriers were systemic, not personal, and they were fixable.

Dan is a late-diagnosed Autistic adult with ADHD. His family is neurodivergent. The same structural thinking that informed his corporate work now informs how he approaches regulation, environment design, and sustainable performance in workplaces and communities.

This is not a consulting practice built from research alone. It is built from the inside, informed by lived experience, professional history, and ongoing work in the neurodivergent community.
