This page is for you
This page is for the people who are in it personally. The parent who is trying to understand their child. The spouse navigating a relationship after a late diagnosis. The sibling who wants to do better. The DSP who works with people every day and wants to go deeper than their onboarding covered.
You do not need a clinical background. You need accurate information, practical tools, and support from someone who understands this from the inside.
Mentoring from Lived Experience
Lived experience, not theory
I am a late-diagnosed Autistic adult with Autistic and ADHD kids. This is not a clinical perspective from the outside. It is practical understanding built from navigating these systems, these environments, and these relationships from the inside.
Mentoring sessions are one-on-one and built around your specific situation. No scripts. No generic frameworks. What is actually happening for you and the person you are supporting.
Regulation and environmental setup
Understanding what drives dysregulation and how to structure environments that reduce it. This applies across all ages, from young children through adults.
For parents
Understanding your child's diagnosis, navigating school systems, building communication strategies, and supporting regulation without burning yourself out.
For partners and spouses
Processing a late diagnosis, understanding how neurodivergence shapes communication and connection, and building approaches that work for both of you.
For DSPs and caregivers
Going deeper than training covered, working through specific support challenges, and building skills that hold up in real environments.
If the person you are supporting is 16 or older, I recommend they reach out directly. The I'm Neurodivergent page is built for them.
