A hands-on safety clinic covering CPR, basic first aid, and the Stop the Bleed protocol. Participants leave with practical skills for responding to medical emergencies. No prior experience required.

These are guided outings to promote regulation and self care. I lead and provide transportation. Before any payment is collected, we will connect to talk through the trip, pick a date that works for both of us, and make sure it is a good fit.

Walk behind 10 waterfalls on the Trail of Ten Falls. The full loop is 7.2 miles with about 1,300 feet of elevation gain spread out over rolling terrain. It is not steep but it is a full day of walking. Shorter loops are available if needed. Grippy shoes are recommended as sections near the falls can be slippery.

Flat paved paths along the Willamette River. The main loop is 4.3 miles with almost no elevation gain. Suitable for any fitness level including those who rarely hike. Home to the world's largest black cottonwood tree and historic mission site.

Coastal hike with sweeping views of the Salmon River estuary and the Pacific. The trail is 4.8 miles round trip with 1,243 feet of elevation gain. The climb starts steep through old-growth forest before opening into open meadow at the top. The payoff is worth the effort. Not recommended for those with limited mobility or very low fitness.

A 1.5-mile hike each way through old-growth forest leads to rustic hand-hewn cedar tub bathhouses in Mount Hood National Forest. The trail is well-maintained with only 200 feet of elevation gain total. Trail can be muddy in wet weather so sturdy shoes are recommended.

Two-night trip to Terwilliger (Cougar) Hot Springs plus two additional hot spring locations in the Willamette National Forest. The hike to the springs is 0.9 miles round trip with minimal elevation gain, essentially a flat forest walk. Camping gear for dispersed camping is provided. Clothing optional at the springs.

A combined outdoor day at Detroit Lake in the Cascade foothills. The park loop is 2.3 miles with minimal elevation along the lakeshore. After the hike we head to the quarry for a shooting session. You can bring your own firearm or use one of mine, just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

An NRA Women on Target Instructional Shooting Clinic led by NRA Certified Instructor Dan Dickinson. The classroom session covers firearm safety, fundamentals of marksmanship, and safe handling of a pistol. This is the classroom registration fee and covers your seat in the clinic.
